Trader consensus overwhelmingly favors 2.4 million to 2.6 million TSA checkpoint passengers on March 18, reflecting steady weekday air travel volumes following spring break peaks that saw weekend highs above 2.7 million earlier in the month. Recent TSA data through March 17 shows consistent mid-range throughput on Mondays and Tuesdays, averaging around 2.5 million amid stable demand, mild weather, and no major disruptions from holidays or strikes. This skin-in-the-game pricing aligns with historical post-peak patterns, where numbers dip slightly midweek. Realistic challengers include unexpected surges from last-minute bookings or events boosting >2.6 million odds, or cancellations from weather delays pushing below 2.4 million, though low probabilities signal limited trader concern.
